My 6 year old granddaughter is attending swimming lessons at Jalan Jurong Kechil. Due to her cough, 2 replacement lessons were cancelled.
After that I was not able to book for a slot even though there's an available slot.
On 16 September 2025 at 9.18am Head Coach Mr Arnaud attended to me. He was very understanding as the 2 tokens will expire on the 23 September 2025. Thanks for his helpfulness and kindness. He managed to book 2 slots for my granddaughter. My compliments goes to him and
swimming coach, Ms Olivia.
Her teaching techniques and detailed explanations are amazing. I have observed her teaching the kids and have changed my granddaughter's class to be coached by her. She is great with kids.
Both Mr Arnaud and Ms Olivia are indeed assets to Marden Swim School.

Marsden came highly recommended by my cousin, whose three boys are all under Mark’s guidance, and I can see why. Even after just one class, I noticed a big improvement in my son’s water confidence. Each lesson is very systematic— Mark builds on familiar skills while introducing something new every time, so the kids are always learning and progressing. What I really appreciate is that while the structure is consistent, the difficulty increases, keeping the children challenged but not overwhelmed. I literally see improvement in my son’s water skills every lesson!
Mark is also extremely intuitive with kids—he knows how to engage them, motivate them, and bring out their best in the pool. He makes the lessons enjoyable yet purposeful, and it’s clear he has a natural talent for working with children. My son looks forward to every session, and I’m very grateful we found such a dedicated and effective coach. Our friends also swim with Arnault and rave about him too.

We attended a trial class for our 8-month-old baby’s first swim session. We were told to arrive 10 minutes early, which we did, expecting some form of orientation or at least a brief explanation from the front desk. However, when we mentioned we were there for the trial, no guidance was offered. We had to ask where to go, where to leave our belongings, and where the toilets were—basic information that should’ve been provided proactively.
It was also a replacement instructor that day, and there were no clear instructions on how to safely get in and out of the pool with a baby, especially considering the steep steps. We had to rely on other parents for guidance, which made the whole experience feel disorganized and unwelcoming.
The class content itself was decent, but the lack of support and communication left a poor impression. Regrettably, we probably won’t be returning.

Conveniently located near our home, Marsden is amazing with my kid. I can see significant progress of his kick and strokes. We're always looking forward to our Sunday swimming session!

Made the right choice to send my 3 year old daughter to Marsden Swim School at the Jalan Jurong Kechil outlet.
She has been predominantly been trained by Coach Chester who has been nothing short of professional, interactive, and engaging - highly important attributes for kids her age.
Her other coaches for make up classes included coach Anault, coach Song, and coach Brandon, all of which has made her feel comfortable and confident in the pool.
My daughter has been looking forward to every class since she started off with the trial.
For prospective parents, the facilities here are great. The pool is heated and the water is not chlorinated but filtered and treated in another way, which is great for kids with sensitive skin and lungs.
Showering facilities are on the second floor which would definitely need parent accompaniment but has railings to prevent any major accidents. Showers are heated and more than adequate after each class.
Group classes are a decent size, not over crowded in any form or way. In fact, there are times when my daughter has the personal attention for classes at odd timings (near lunchtimes).
Lastly, having the portal is super convenient for us to book classes and make payment. More importantly, we are able to track her progress accordingly as well through their cute classification of starfish, turtles, stingrays and more.
All in all, highly recommend any parents with kids starting from as early as 4 months old but even for older kids, it's never too late to start too! Marsden definitely sets the standard for nurturing a good foundation for your child.

Enrolled my daughter in swimming lessons with Isplash at the Jurong West branch in February 2023. When she first started, she was afraid to even put her face into the water. Today, she is a confident swimmer and has successfully attained SwimSafer stage 4 in September.
The coaches strike a great balance between discipline and fun. Classes are well structured with focused drills and practice time that allows the kids to apply what they have learnt.
Also, my appreciation to the admin team, who have been prompt and efficient in the communication. Everything from class scheduling to test preparation is clearly explained and well organised.

Coach Imran and Kenneth (CCK stadium) are patient and know how to make the lessons fun for kids. They have helped my two sons (6 and 8yo) progress very quickly. It’s amazing to see their confidence grow. Payment and admin is an easy process every month.

We engaged Coach Qi as my son’s swimming coach within our condo compound. My son started as a complete beginner and Coach Qi has been very patient and encouraging and he is now able to demonstrate his swimming skills confidently on his own.
She also provides prompt updates on his progress, clearly highlighting what he can do well and what areas need more practice, which helps us understand his development. Administrative arrangements are hassle-free and make-up classes are flexible.

I like Steady Swimming School, all coaches are always friendly. My children’s coach is a female coach, Coach Qi. I am impressed and grateful for her dedication to her students. One of my girls (6 years old) was very afraid of water, but she overcame it with her coach’s guidance. After the lessons, my girls are able to swim with many strokes and long distances, and my older daughter also passed SwimSafer 3.
Coach Qi is thoughtful and punctual, not just a friendly but also a reliable teacher.

I signed up for adult swimming class. I am new to swimming. I just finished 3 classes. From the start the experience is good from signing, first day etc. The coaches are quite professional, keep good watch and correct mistakes immediately. Quite encouraging too. Very much recommended.

Coach Alvin is very experienced in teaching children, and he is extremely patient. My boy progressed steady and happily, from scaring of water to passed the Stage-1 safe test in one trial. Highly recommend for other kids.

Both my children have been with Swish Swimming for years. They started off in the Stress-Less class, a class tailored for kids nervous in water, before moving on to the regular classes. In our years at Swish, the classes were always small, instructors were friendly, polite, respectful, caring and just the loveliest. It was also always easy contacting them through Whatsapp, super responsive and efficient and we really appreciated their no-questions-asked makeup policy. The kids also attended their swimming camps which they said were fun. All in all, Swish is exactly what we hoped for in a swimming school for young kids - heated pools, great instructors, great customer service. In my opinion, it's hard to find a swimming school like Swish.

I spent many years with swish watching my children grow up by the swish pool. It has always been fun at swish swimming for my kiddos regardless which venue they are at. My kids grow through the baby fini classes to the advanced classes and being water confident, excellent swimmers under the swish coaches. Thank you Kristen, Coach Daphne, Coach Shah, Mitch, Liza, Shaf and the crew for the wonderful time at Swish! You guys are amazing!

My children has been with SWISH! for almost 7 years now and it has the best coaches and environment for parents who would like to get their children a head start in swimming in a conducive environment. The coaches are patient and kind, and extremely good with children of all ages. Admin team is also very helpful and supportive in coordinating make ups and class timings that make it convenient for us.
We love coming to SWISH! and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a swim school for their children!

Was greated well with the receptionist/admin staff to wait patiently for the class to start beforehand. She even guided us the toilets and washroom for adults and baby use.
Attended my 1st trial class with Coach Zara last wed at 4pm for my 22 month child. I am glad the coach is very hands-on and helpful with my child as she’s a more bubbly and active child. They even allow parents to let the helpers down if there is a need. Writing this review on own accord to thank her for her great work.
Will defintely take up the swimming course with them the next trip back to Singapore (in Oct) after the baby’s vaccination. The pool is well-maintained and heated as well but the toilet is abit run down so can be improved.
The cons will only be the distance and location as it is not as assessable but it is free parking. Mitch from HQ managed to call back to explain on companies polices even we are both in different countries. Company is very responsible when they encountered some internal paper work issue and even expedite on some payment recurrence concerns and validity. We will prefer to sign up with them when we fly back in Nov (no hard sales at all) even after we feedback on the actual experience.
Hope Swish team can continue their great effort and smile as I praised them for their good teamwork and even advertised on IG. Keep it up team ! 👏

Will defintely take up the swimming course with them the next trip back to Singapore (in Oct) after the baby’s vaccination. The pool is well-maintained and heated as well but the toilet is abit run down so can be improved.
The cons will only be the distance and location as it is not as assessable but it is free parking. Mitch from HQ managed to call back to explain on companies polices even we are both in different countries. Company is very responsible when they encountered some internal paper work issue and even expedite on some payment recurrence concerns and validity. We will prefer to sign up with them when we fly back in Nov (no hard sales at all) even after we feedback on the actual experience.

The pool in Queenstown is well- maintained and the students in Aqua ducks have to go through a progressive step-by-step learning process. We’ve seen marked improvements in my child’s swimming techniques. Coach Nicole has been an outstanding swim coach for my child over the past months. We started mid-December 2024 with Coach Nicole, and it's been great.
My 2 kids (6&3) had been having private classes for a while in the condo but didn't show a lot of progress. My youngest one was afraid of water in her face and came to a point she refused to go swim class.
Until we found AquaDucks.
Coach Nicole was quickly able to gain my kids' trust, and bit by bit, she is becoming more comfortable with water. Last weekend was the first time she ran through all the water sprays at Gardens By the Bay, and today, she even put her face inside at Botanic Gardens. She is starting to love water!
My oldest one has also made major progress. She has been swimming with Coach Nicole and Coach Dean and is happy to go. I almost gave up on her swimming skills, thinking as long as she kind of can save herself it's ok and maybe some kids are just not made for swimming perfectly... But I was wrong.
With the right coaches, she has been progressing a lot and even won a friendly school competition.

We love Aquaducks! We joined October 2023, and within less than a year our daughter has grown so much confident with her swimming and has learned some survival swims if she accidentally falls into the water. We love our Coach Jasmine who has been with her from the beginning! Their facility is clean and has 2 pools—1 big and 1 small. All the coaches are patient and encouraging with their students. They incorporate play for the younger kids. The student to coach ratio for my kid’s class is about 3:1 which is great for a more focused teaching. Their make up class is flexible and easy to arrange.

We highly recommend Coach Ayden! He is an excellent swimming instructor who worked with our five-year-old over the course of eight lessons. He is patient, highly competent, and makes learning to swim fun and engaging. We are very happy with our daughter’s progress, and she genuinely enjoyed every session. This review has been long overdue since my 3 children started out with Speediswim back in 2017. At this point in time, my daughter is a student-athlete in Singapore Sports School as an artistic swimmer. Next year, my son will also be joining his sister in the school as a water polo player. As Singapore Sports School is a DSA-only school, the student-athletes have to be supported by sporting bodies, such as the Singapore Swimming Association. With this, Speediswim has built the athletes well.
We are really thankful for Speediswim's team of coaches and management for contributing, advising, and supporting impartially in the pursuit of my children's sporting careers. Have been with them for years moving from Woodlands Sports School to Bukit Merah Sports Lifestyle Centre then Orchid Country Club, yet I stick to them for their professionalism and my kids always love their lessons with their coach even we need to move along with them and longer traveling time. When swimming classes resume last year in July 2020, due to adhering to safe management measures implemented, I can no longer be close up to watch my daughter Rui Lin swim as she trained. Watching from afar instead gave me a new experience of an overview and appreciating each glide as she executes each stroke.
I can’t help but think back how much she had learnt and still learning since she started with SpeediSwim’s Learn-To-Swim (LTS) Level 1 in Oct 2017 when she was 7 years old. She was a non-swimmer with no foundation whatsoever.
She has learnt under strict expectations yet friendly approaches of the coaches. I had never missed any of her sessions and I observed all her coaches never gave up correcting and improving her. Regardless breathing, postures, strokes, timing & co-ordinations, as long as it is something that can be improved, the coaches will explain and improve her. I never imagine she will tell me her one of her favorite strokes is the butterfly stroke.
After completing all levels of LTS in Sept 2020, she has since decided to embark onto SpeediSwim’s competitive swim training since Oct 2020 and still ongoing.
She even told me she wants to get coaching certificates to become a swimming coach in the future.

My daugther feels comfortable with Teacher Lay Chin is very quickly. She is soft spoken, gentle & caring. My girl especially enjoy the fun challenge of doing the maths questions together.

It has truly been a blessing to find Mr. Tan Tiam Teng as my son’s Chinese tutor. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated—qualities that have made a huge difference in my son’s learning journey. My Primary 4 son has shown remarkable improvement in his Chinese since starting lessons, and we are so grateful for the progress.
